  1. Indeed it does, This brings to life what is a large but fairly simple kit Keep up the good work, it looks great.
  2. The weathering pattern on that young ladies undercarriage is unusual. Obviously caused by overuse! As for the boot polish marks on top of the air intakes, I couldnt possibly comment.
  3. ^^Phartycr0c^^ Ill mainly be there on the Saturday with either one other or possibly both of my lads.
  4. Roy, Iain, I will be attending with my Little Mig15 BIS and if i get it finished a foiled (Ha!) F80 Little dottie, If you need a little more for the table I have an Academy AH1 w, not brilliant and was more of a quick build or I can pop my twin Display hawks, Michigan F4, A10 or Flanker if you want. Let Me know.
  5. Thats incredible work, transforms a basic kit really nicely.!
  6. Following Guildaero's post, another magnificent example of engineering! Enjoy
  7. Dont know if this has been posted before but whilst doing a little research (as I have a Trumpy F105 that may be making its way to the bench shortly) I stumbled across this really useful walkaround video on the Thud presented by an ex vietnam 105 vet. In addition there is another video, an old discovery wings program on the F105, really interesting Enjoy
  8. Even more expensive to do the IPMS in Telford UK which is 20 mins from me!!!!
  9. Another great B25, those really are great markings, all the hard work really has paid off.
  10. Matt, That really is a thing of beauty I would love to see it in the flesh! congratulations
  11. The Sistine Chapel of Foiled builds. Brian, Youv'e surpassed yourself this time!
  12. I notice you had to "beleg" him just like I did when I built my Hawks. Its the only way of fitting a pilot in the cockpit. Great work so far. I really enjoyed building my hawks so much so Ive got three more in the stash!
  13. oh good grief! that is simply incredible! . now the questions. In relation to the Gloss for the decals, what did you use and what effect, if any did it have on the burnishing of the NMF? Im interested becaude i spray painted a Trumpy Mig 15, got the finish just as i wanted then on adding the Klear layer for the decals, it went proper dark, too much so. likewise, how would you go about the really shiny NMF as seen on mustangs and ironically P80's?
  14. Its fair to say my Ghast is well and truly flabbered! I have a P80 Shooting star to build and might just have a little pop at foiling it although im not confident in getting a finish quite like your B25! Marvellous
  15. Christ, Its a Model Kit. People will pay what they are prepared to pay If they can afford it great, if they cant its a pity but ultimately it will be a decision made by the customer. At either the recommended price or the "actual" price the kits will either fly off the shelves or stay there collecting dust, so what does it matter what prices are touted, if the consumer does his or her research correctly they will end up buying at a deal that's best for them. Me? I hope to get one eventually but at the moment I have other slightly more pressing priorities. Build stuff!
  16. Immaculate build. Very many congratulations. You should be justifiably proud!
  17. Beautiful work Brian, Just checked back in after an absence due to life, work and riding around Germany on my motorbike, and oh boy have I missed a lot! It is superb!
  18. Thats looking proper nice at the moment. The cockpit looks great.
  19. Mark, this just might be the inspiration for a revival of my Pukin Dawgs build. Nice work keep going.
  20. Superb stuff Brian as usual. That's some great work and come to think of it some real world practice for when the HK B17 lands on your desk!
  21. That is phenomenal. Lovely aircraft beautifully marked and weathered. Thanks for sharing.
