  1. A Mk. Va and a IIa would be spot on for me Best Dag
  2. Hi, I would have liked very much to have a conversion to the ASH radar equipped FB. Mk. VI variant in 1/32 for the Tamiya kit. So far I have found none. Best regards Dag
  3. I second this, I would be very grateful for a set of PIDS/ECIPS or PIDS+/ECIPS+. Best Dag
  4. Hi there, Got a shipment notification today, yayyy!!
  5. Hi Zola, Norwegian representatives in the F-16-program wanted a MUX-bus, later MIL-STD-1553 data bus in the F-16s weapons system. This enabled the F-16 to be able to use «smart weapons» from day one using the standard sta 3/7 weapons pylons. It enabled the aircraft being able to «talk» to the AGM-119 via the pylon. The adapter for the missile was the LAU-123. best Dag
  6. Superb work I am gonna do one of those ocean blue ones one day, I have all that is required I think. If it gets half as good as yours, I will be very happy. Dag
  7. Hi, Very nice model. F-16 radomes are indeed painted. The inside of a radome is typically a dirty yellow natural fibre glass colour. The outside is coated with an erosion-preventing paint called a fluor elastomer matched to FS 26270 as standard. How close the coating (rubber like) matches is open to question and it gets darker with age as it easily picks up dirt. In Europe, the further south an aircraft was based the faster the radome got dark, mainly due to pollution. Bodø-based block 15s had pretty clean radomes for longer. Dag
  8. Very nice! I am also planning to do an RF-4EJ Best Dag
  9. For me the new Revell kit is just great, everything I ever wanted. I am building the FLY Mk. IIb at the moment, a great kit that too. They both have their qualities. It all depends on dedication to the subject. I want to build the FLY kit, just because I want to, no matter, and it is soon ready for the paint booth. Then I can relax a bit and build the beautiful Revell kit later on. I do not expect every kit to be a super kit, especially not at £38. Dag
  10. I ordered a couple of F-16A drag chute tails for a couple of RNoAF projects. They are by far the best such tails available. He is also working on the parachute pack itself, chute compartment is empty at the moment. Great products and fast delivery. Dag
  11. Hi, markings are, to my knowledge, grey 36375, Light Ghost Gray. AIM-120s on sta 1 and 9 with AIM-9X on sta 2 and 8would the preferred config due to switchology order on SMS/HOTAS. I have not seen them loaded like you decribe since 1999 on Norwegian block 10 OCUs. Dag
  12. Got my E-3 a couple of weeks ago. I suspect all 3 kits contain the same parts. My kit includes the various spinners, later canopy and drop tank etc. Dag
  13. Re: Interception ID lights. On A/B/AM/BMs the two seaters do not have them. On the HAF Block 30s, both C- and D-models have them. Dag
  14. The Tamiya Thunderbird block 25/32 has the lightweight MLG without bulged doors. Dag
  15. Robert now includes the fork and the NLG door in the kits. I just got the RS one. They are superbly done. Dag
