  1. Well, it's a wire! it does not flex, and it was a beast to attach. it kept slipping off. Maybe I did it backwards... I attached the tail first. Super glue was not holding. I usually use ez-line, but I used their wire instead.
  2. Yes, the beads are 15/1, which are the smallest beads. They have the hole drilled out. it's only a buck for a container of... hundreds of tiny beads.
  3. I used Tamiya AS29 as the base coat. All other paint was Tamiya. Undercoat wsa AS12
  4. Please enjoy my completed Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate (キ84 疾風 Gale). I happen to love the late was Japanese aircraft and the chipped paint they carried on their aircraft. I use "rattle can" buffing aluminum as an undercoat and I use tape, steel wool and toothpicks to get the desired look. enjoy! This is an OOB build. I used a tiny bead I got from Michael's for the insulator on the antennae, which is ez-line. The cockpit is OOB.
  5. After weeks of work, here is my finally completed Tamiya A6M2 Zero. It was a fun build. Not too difficult, mostly because of the high quality of the kit, however, attaching the wire they supplied for the antenna was the hardest part of build. Of course, the painting and weathering portion was challenging. Enjoy!
  6. Nice work! I also have an La-7. I just finished the MiG-15 this past week.
  7. This HpH MiG-15 was started last year. It is my first completed resin kit. The learning curve is steep, but I am finally done. I cannot wait to get started on the HpH La-7. I hope you like it. Any critiques or suggestions are WELCOME!
