  1. Glad to share the fantastic work of Soto Cinematics which I collaborate with for the historical recreation of Döbrich mission on 19/7/1942 over Murmansk, I made the scheme and marking for the 109's, hope you enjoy it, please like and subscribe to support the channel
  2. Looking pretty neat that late 76, those mask will do nice finish for sure, keep the great work mate cheers
  3. This is what RLM 74 looks like, I have several samples from 5 different 109/190's and big chunk of flap in 74 color and all they match , so I know how it looks like and not like in your relic which looks way too green Also been measuring it with my Nix color sensor my relics this is RLM 74
  4. that is not RLM 74 but a RLM 80, exactly like in the Australian 109
  5. still you have not brought any proof or evidence of what you claim as I did, only arrogant words! the only thing I agree is that the picture is conclusive, it shows RLM 81 brown, RLM 82 green and late "sky" 76 always a pleasure, cheers
  6. yes, it means something, that it is not a very usually thing seen, just that, Mr. know it all and please post pictures of your claims!!
  7. Thank you guys!!! a bit of progress on this bird, applied in some areas british Dark Green as repainted in field apparience, also the serial numbers on the tail. cheers
  8. -First tip, never trust a profile artist, I know by experience -The photo it is NOT colorized, it is original slide 100% -Very important point is, Never seen the late 76 "sky" used combined with 74/75 but only with late 81/82/8... (the cowling seems from another 109 donor) colors are similar to the australian 109 which is the only one with its original colors preserved -RLM 74 didn't have that intense green tint as we see in the picture, I attach a picture of my 109 flap in 74, all match to be late war combination camo colors not standards greys -Here more comparison between 75 and 81 brown, the difference is clear and matches the reference photo of the subject -the tail is solid 81 brown with snake green mottling -Model by Chris Wauchop, I won't make any obvious comment about his expertise on the matter cheers
  9. This are 74/75/76 colors Here is a comparison with some relics I have in those 74/75 colors from a Bf109G10 here is Fw190F8 stab fairing I have with brown late war color, also with late yellow 76 "Sky"
  10. I personally think it is not rlm 74/75 but a late war brown and dark green call them as you like 81/82/8... plus you can see the yellowish late "sky" 76 not the bluish 76, not standard grey camo! cheers
  11. WNF G10 at Planes of fame, unrestored cockpit, notice the wood floor and the asymmetrical bulky cannon cover, cheers
  12. wow, that's looking pretty cool, keep pushing that awesome cockpit, cheers (190A-8 cockpit though)
  13. that is the G10 at Planes of Fame, to me seems that the top it has been infield repainted with RLM 70, not 66, it never had a green tint, you can see different shades of RLM 66, from very dark almost black, to more lighter and bluish shade at the end of war, I have these samples from very dark 66 from 109F windshield frame which was sandwiched and never saw light until last month, also a Ju88 cockpit part and a bluish compartment fragment from the same 109F, and look at this other 109G (not mine) partial instrument panel untouched, so...
  14. Yes, that was on intentionally, there was a lot of repaint done in those Razorbacks, here it is a real example from a P51B ammo wing panel, you can see the OD(brownish shade) the invasion stripes (black and white) and the top layer of RAF Dark Green paint, so that's what is my aim cheers
  15. thanks for the tip, helpful indeed! cheers thanks mate, I used Gunze H-304 over the tamiya base, I have applied some ink filter to make the OD more brownish, next is to paint full invasion stripes and cover them with RAF Dark green but also still kinda translucent and evident what's underneath thanks for watching , cheers
  16. Hi, these are the best rivet drawings I have found, hope they help, cheers
  17. Thanks Kev, it's paint time, finally my first insignia paint with a mask, my fault didn't aligned it perfectly but it's ok lol, after you try there's no point back to decals ever.... Cheers
  18. after a break, I put a XF62 base color next some Neutral grey, cheers
