I know this has been just about beat to death, but I just laid out both the SH and the KH on MMPBOOKS plans and found that the KH is spot on and the SH shows that it is indeed short and needs correcting. Now what tells us I don't know? Someone might have issues with the scale plans, but they are what we have to work with.
