Revell/ AIMS 1/32 Junkers Ju-188 E-1 Z6+DM II/KG66
chukw replied to monthebiff's topic in Works in Progress
That's an elegant solution to a sticky problem, Andy- cheers! That one-piece casting is really quite a feat and spectacularly executed, but my first thought on seing it was, "How will I ever paint it properly? " You now how full freedom to work freely and get the most out of all that detail. -

You've got my number, Dave! I'm Marcus' worst reviewer- but I'm building a pretty nice model for him! Thing is, freelance work keeps popping up it's ugly-yet-ever-so-necessary head to pay our bills but keep my bench time down. Thanks for the nudge- I'll see if I can't post a teaser or two.

I have an old website for my art that I gave up updating long ago. I use it now to host my pics and have no regrets.

Absolutely brilliant, Karim- cheers! The Punisher logo is perfect- impressive work on that mask, and all the cables and tubing as well. WOW! -
Nice work, Andy- cheers! I live on Whidbey Island in Coupeville, just across Penn Cove from Oak Harbor and the Navy base. These lovely bastards come tearing over our house periodically on touch-and-go training at the nearby Naval Outlying Field- it's amazing! It's a good thing we have good soundproofing or we'd be deaf, as they're just above treetop level. I can the crew moving their heads in the cockpit! Imagine laying in bed and seeing three red lights banking in right toward you- I've never seen like. I've got my eyes open for a 1/48 kit, as you might imagine. Cheers! chuk
