  1. Well, Dusty is an Air Tractor AT301, and Google can't help me with a 1/32 kit - so that idea died. And I have no skills in bashing kits 😊
  2. Hi all, Happy new year to all. My kids got both the Disney Planes movies this Christmas, and now I'm wondering you could get some of the planes as 1/32 models? I have no idea what kind of planes they are, but pretty sure that the old ww2 plane is possible. Also think I have seen the English - Bullfrog - I think he is called. But what about Dusty? Regards henrik
  3. Hi all, At some point, not long ago, i saw a side - maybe on here, where a guy showed how he would make wood grain on propellers using crayons. But i cant find it, he showed on the pictures which colours he used. Can anyone help? /henrik
  4. I just got a notice from Customs - sigh!! But well, I will have my WNW kit in 2 days!
  5. The kit, EZ Line and a extra sprue with the fuselage have now been shipped. Now, can only wait and hope it clears customs.
  6. I bought the EZ line, and a extra sprue with the fuselage on - so I got a spare, if my intention og openning it up fails. Thinking of a diorama with the engine out, a destroyed propel on the ground and just outside of an old hangar.
  7. I have decided to get the DFW (mid production) For the rigging, which aftermarket pieces are best to get?
  8. Thanks for all you replies!! I can't find that J1?? And living in Denmark, are there any dealers in Europe a or do I have to order directly from WNW?
  9. The DFW looks really good. What would I need to make the rigging?
  10. Hi all, I have never made a large scale plane before - and will estimate it being 25 years ago i last made a plane. But I have decided to try a Wingnut Wing set, cause of the detail and the quality (from what I have read). I have no idea which to take on first, would like it to be a 2 seater and with some diorama items along - and I plan to open up the fuselage, so part of the framework and cockpit will be visible, see this thread http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=52892&do=findComment&comment=611527 So, which set to start with?
  11. Hi Rowan, Thank you for the link - it is something like that I'm looking for. Only that I'm thinking about a more organic flow for the cutaway part. But hard to really decide when I don't have a kit yet. Going to order one tomorrow, and hope it will escape the tax eye
  12. Hey Kevin - and thanks, I just think it is a shame that some of the detailed work is hidden. About to order a WNW set, and thinking about making a hole in one of the sides, so you can see the framework and cockpit.
  13. Hey all, I recently saw the WNW series, and find them very nice. I like the detailing of the cockpit and inside framework. But when the fuselage is done, you can't really see it. I wondered if any have thought - and done, of opening the fuselage so you can see the framework and cockpit from the side? Regards Henrik
