Do you have any proof that this plane had dull aluminium undersides? To my knowledge it was medium sea grey.

I would like to be recipient and donate a kit.

It is an R-1830, used in the B-24, the C-47 and Wildcat.

Do n ot paint it black, I use brown, black and grey in the mix, and drybrush the weels with a lighter mix

If I may react on this, I Am not English speaking. It would be nice if everyone who does,  understand this and try to write articles with simple words if possible.
We are a community from all country's all over this world and you can't expect everyone talks English perfectly or understand. Although I know what A Willy is.

Try  some dark blue to the black, I like it. 

Olive Drab is mixed from Black and Yellow, So Yellow is think best.

It even comes with the broomstick Yeager needed to open the door, because he fell off a horse the day before. it is  good kit. Although I did serious work on the exhaust. Look for pics of that and you see why. And I scratched in all panellines, Not much work, It is a simple plane. Made seat belts and wiring  and as mentioned the rear end and it is a good model.
