Engine panels only lightly tacked on, hoping for the engine sometime maybe, needs a bit more clean up in this area
Wings & tail on very little needed on the wing root some filler on the tail, although I think this might have been me to heavy handed with the file
Test fit of door, open or closed?
last pick for today maybe some camo next
Starting to look like an aircraft now eh!

And last bit for today a test fit of the tail plane, when glued should hide the small joint to the fuselage

the fuselage went together ok, sometimes with resin there is a little shrinking so one side might be a little larger & you need to do some filing to ajust not in this case
the tail fits in well, has a very fine point to it that fits on the top of the fuselage be careful with these I broke both mine & will have to put some white putty on to replace them
test fit of the engine panel support unit
Shape of top panel has bent in slightly so will give it some support with a small piece of rod

Instrument panel finished
Cockpit completed fits nicely on fuselage
U/C painted with a test fit of the struts, all fits by means of pins & slots
nice & firm control nothing loose or wiggly

Done some work on the cockpit, the instrument panel needs some white on it to show the decals through
the wing & U/C high lighted a little rad painted yet not fitted

Lets have a look at the rest of the parts
Good fit could nearly put it on the model without glue
The Exhausts have a nice boxed section to fit in on the engine panel support unit

Ok after one Funeral & one Wedding perhaps I can continue
The Wings:-
I have shown the rad although this does not attach till part 20 of the instructions just test fitting at the moment
The wing spar-u/c bay & right angle part for bay fit nicely a little clean up needed
All fits well looks like very little glue will be needed here
Two further parts for the U/c bay, need to file larger so it fits my error on taking it of its moulding block
Rad fits with etch
right lets clean up the cockpit bits & I will show you them a little later

Hi Guys
My word I have a little rest from you & find 6 very nice complements
Thank you Gentleman
As for a Spit cross Mustang I suppose it does look a little like that, being a laminar wing you might guess they
had a look at the Mustang construction at sometime?
For your pleasure here is my finished OOB Spitful
Left it fairly gossy as it was mainly used for trials & they found that the slightest dirt could reduce
the speed by up to 50 mph
