The previously announced Kitty Hawk 1/32 Scale F-5E Tiger II is NO LONGER on the most recent update of Michael Benolkin
CyberModeller's "new kits release" listing. Too Bad !
But the Kitty Hawk 1/32 Mirage 2000-5F is in !
The KH Tiger II announcement was certainly a diversion "fake news" to confuse competitors about the Mirage 2000-5F.
I do not like these tactics at all and it gaves low credibility to KH. ( blood on the page)
My note about this situation is a "D Minus". KH do not pass this specific mission.

Well, thanks fellas! Andy, I wish my stuff looked like yours! Mine is warped, to include the front wall where the tube frames go into. Badly warped. The rear piece is also warped.
Wasn't sure if you could treat resin parts like plastic with the hot water treatment. I will have to give this a try.

Don't get me wrong fellas, I wasn't bad mouthing Grey Matters, I'm sure they are good folks. Just had to get over my disappointment. Will contact them and I'm sure they'll do me right.
    Thanks to one and all!

Definitely let them know. I have ordered a few things from them in the past and they always struck me as an honourable bunch. For the cost of an e-mail, it will let them know they have an issue with their QC, quite apart from the opportunity to square things for you. And you paid good money. You should expect servicable goods in return!

I thought about it, but didn't think it would get much traction. Especially since they are located across the pond. I had a similar issue with an MDC pit for the Revell Typhoon. I did contact them and they made good. The pit was better, but the seat seemed small. I ordered a seat from Barracuda and there is a marked difference between the two. Barracuda seat was true to scale and better detailed. Hard to beat Barracuda products, period. Kinda wish ole Roy would produce sets for these old Revell standbys that seem to be plentiful still. Enough Spit and Mustang pits and details, let's get cracking on the Hurricane, Typhoon, Corsair, P-40E, and Wildcat that are still out in big numbers. Also, how about an update for the Hasegawa Ki-43 Oscar which is still a great kit. And a backdate version to make Ki-43 I version.
Yeah, I'm feeling ornery today. Apologies to anyone I've offended.

If the CA is old this is a common problem, looks ok sticks to flesh but totally useless as we use a fair quantity and being Scottish and only wanting to replace when we are totally out, I use one part with CA and the other sprayed with CA activator and that works for me.
We use Hafix not cheap but the best I have found over the years and works with most 3D material we have used.

Revell is far too busy putting out surveys and then producing the least asked for kits to worry about interesting subjects!

Airfix is to Britmodeller what Tamiya is to Hyperscale!
To be honest though, I hang out over on Britmodeller and I am a bit of an Airfixophile...
I like any kit as long as it's a subject I want....I'd even hug a Starfix kit if they made a 1/32 Dornier 17...
    Best regards;

Yes, but in this case for very good reason. Like their Mirage F.1s, the KH Jags suffer from poor research and poor execution (like so many other KH kits, for that matter). My money says the 1/32 kits will be just as bad. I hope I'm wrong.

Some progress has been made since the last post - I have designed and 3D printed quite a few carrier deck vehicles during the last year and a half.
Among others, I have made two versions of the Tennant deck scrubber (late version shown)...

....the new mule A/S32A-49 and the A/S32-31A which has by now been replaced by the A-49.

I am currently painting one of the A/S32-31As:

In fact, I applied two very thin coats of diluted Tamiya X-22 gloss varnish - one prior to decalling, followed by another coat in order to "seal" the decals prior to washing.
From my personal experience, a very thin coat of gloss or semi-gloss clear varnish won't barely affect the "sheen" of the Alclad 2 paints - if at all. Just in case this is what you are dubious about. Exception: Alclad Chrome...
During the 1957-1959 timeframe, Triple Zilch depicted an overall satin finish and only a very moderate degree of heat staining on its bare metal areas. The fuel tanks were bare metal, though.

Indeed it would be awesome if it was a new tool!
However, even if it is not, it's still (to me) a much better looking Spit than the fat-nosed Revell new-tool kit.  If they just put recessed panel lines on the fuselage like they did on the wings, it would be the best Spit I/II kit available. If not, an hour with the scriber and you're all set:

Hmm, given the quality of the plastic in the Italeri 104 and
Mirage III kits, I'll give it a wait and see. Aside from maybe getting the mythical GR.4 and F.3 versions, the main improvements I'd want over the Revell kits would be detail on the underside of the nose and the sides of the intake, where the blow in doors are completely missing.
