Not a big fan at all of the vinyl tyres provided......wondering if anyone has heard anything about some resin replacements? Starting to gather the AM goodies for the kit & dio....Avionix has a cockpit due out first couple weeks of this month....resin tyres would be a big plus.... Cheers, Jim

Dude!...really am sorry to hear about your get-off....smart move to have your gear on....hoping for a full & swift recervery! I'm 61 & the last of many rides now is my '87 Honda CBR1000F Hurricane....been on scooters since I was 17 & was even lucky enough to road race for several years on a Honda 1100 & a GSXR 1000....in these 44 years, I haven't been down yet, but I know it's coming. Will I allow this fact to keep me from riding?...Hell No! Non-riders simply don't understand, through no fault of their own.... Hang in the Hombre.....glad you weren't hurt any worse.... Jim P.S. Clear sprue 'L'.....parts 16, 17 & 18 MISSING!....looks like weren't molded at all/clean stubs.....only used 2 parts off that tree & dang sure didn't cut these off ahead of time. Anyone else run across this situation? Next question....how can I obtain a replacement sprue?? Any help greatly appreciated..... Cheers, Jim

Oh boy...here we go... Speaking for myself, going to enjoy this build immensely.....concerning colours, going to use several shades of dark interior green, along with 'aircraft interior black' toned down with dark greys. "To quote Shep Paine: "If it looks right...." Waiting (im)patiently for some replacement wheels.... Shooting clear gloss on Widow this afternoon....attach a few things like gear doors, etc.....then will ease into the Corsair build...already went through instruction manual & made notes.... Thanks for the info! So just some AM wheels.... The Eduard set for the P-61 I used went right on....but other sets, I've chunked & used Tamiya tape hand.... Cheers, Jim
