  1. Yes what if is fine, as long as it's a Hasegawa LSP.
  2. Yeh go on, Kev always tells me to err on the side of inclusion, so as long as it was a Hasegawa kit. Also sorry for the late kick off, my motherboard decided to die and a new laptop had to be obtained.
  3. Great work. I will wait for your glamour pics to add to the gallery.
  4. Just curious who from LSP is attending. Dad and I will be there for the whole weekend manning the Moorabbin Air Museum stand, selling a range of second hand books at excellent prices. If you're coming by and I don't know you, make yourself known.
  5. Good start. I have heard the 1/32 kits don't fit well. I have the 1/48 in the stash, I fear it may suffer similar issues.
  6. Kicking off the gallery, is Stokey Pete with a big scale Airfix Spitfire Mk 9. Great work mate. Link to build thread;
  7. Very nice mate, I will add to the gallery.
  8. hworth18 brings us another very nice Zero, from the newer Hasegawa offering. Great work mate. Link to build thread;
  9. Looks great mate, I will add you to the gallery.
  10. Even those success' aren't much really. I mean Tesla has never made a profit off just selling cars. SpaceX went from saying they would have a totally reusable rocket, just refuel and go, to only having a reusable booster, after a minimum of 50 days turn around. He never did anything much with regards to e-payments, X.com was an online bank he started with several others people that merged with another company that had the basis of paypal already down. That merged company eventually became paypal, Musk had little if anything to do with their success, he was just lucky enough to retain his shares in what would become paypal and cashed out big time. His setellites aren't very good either, and certainly not cheap.
  11. Elon Musk is literally a 5 year old child with money. He has (or just rips off) any crazy idea then tries to make it work without really doing much in the way of research beforehand ie; tesla truck/bot, full autonomous driving, hyperloop, solar roof tiles to name a few, It was painfully obvious to anyone who know's anything about rockets that not having any kind of blast deflecting was going to have trouble. Hell even the Germans had rudimentary blast deflection on V2 launchers! Then he puts the fuel storage tanks within shot of the launch pad....but it doesn't surprise me, he was after all, fired from Paypal for incompetence.
  12. Nicely done. Time spent prepping for putting major parts together always saves double the time filling and sanding.
  13. Zola25 is up next with his very impressed F-4EJ. Stunning work mate. Link to build thread;
  14. Nice one. I had looked at this kit at my LHS, although the asking price being in excess of 200 dollars and the fact that all the panels are molded open put me off it as I'm more of a closed up panels kinda builder.
  15. Nice fix for the tail insert. I had heard their fit wasn't that great.
  16. Looks great. I will wait for your follow up pics for the gallery. Just let me know when you post them so I don't miss them.
  17. Denders is next up, with his very nice rendition of the Claude. Great work mate. Link to build thread;
  18. Thanks mate, great work I will add to the gallery.
  19. The iconic Japanese aircraft from WW2, the Zero is bought to us by Juggernut. Great work mate. Link to build thread;
