  1. The newest of DN Models' line: Su-27 Ukraine Digital Camo 1/32
  2. As I saw in the other thread, you obviously have an answer for every question. So, since you know how much, where and how I fly, tell me this: 1. The Flogger is registered under FAA regulations correct /12500lbs weight. My a$$./ 2. You fly in civil airspace right? 3 Show me Tally ho in the FAR/AIM please, could ya? Enlighten me, why someone should know phrases that are not official? That is rhetorical question - just to clarify that you don't really have to answer that last one. I know you will be tempted to. It is obviously a snarky comment when someone doesn't express a deep and endless admiration to everything you post/say maybe? Or choices that others make /F-35 for example? You DO understand /I hope/ that you can attract something other than undisputed awe, right? And you deduced that I am NOT a pilot, because I clipped a comment for a phraseology that is your own experienced-based lingo /AF/? No man, I've been in an airplane twice in my life once on window seat and once in the aisle. Never dealt with EASA, never dealt with the FAA. This is me. Sorry to have interrupted the whole thing. Carry on please.
  3. Bad deduction again. But let's say that I haven't touched a real aircraft in my entire life. It should make the narrative easier. I bet there are plenty of hard-workers here in the forum who do not own their own fleet of jets. But let's end it here.
  4. Bad deduction. I am happy of course. Just wondering about the first choice.

  6. Love me some Flanker. Twin seater I love some more even.
  7. No, he doesn't. Really? What variants? You gotta be born with a whole lot of luck to own that many Floggers. Seems like a dream come true. If some superior being lands on Earth today and asks me: what do you want, Be rich like Bezos, Be innovative like Elon or have 12 Floggers...? I will settle for 4 MiGs + fuel.
  8. This is how it should be done. No decals.
  9. Just received an email that second batch starts shipping on 18th this month. Interesting...
  10. I would just add two gliders and could go and spend my remaining days there.
  11. Don't know much about life, but that picture above sums my ideas of heaven.
  12. Those boxes will worth a lot in time With the same success there can be boxes saying: MiG-15 - German Jet Fighter. Same goes for many many others
  13. Flanker in 48th is in the works as we speak. We are working on it for the last week. I planned this in early January, but life happened. Your Superbee would've been Super set, however, still not enough information on that. It is unfortunate. As for Foxbot, they might fit, but for some applications, the camo patterns were wrong. Which we consider the most important thing, since we have no idea which model the modelers will use eventually. That is rather unusual, since the shipping takes place mostly from the EU. Now it is slightly different. Luckily for US and Canada customers. The answer below contains everything that I wanted to say: it is doable both ways. Since there are masking tape that is extra around the sheets, you can always test it out that way. The general idea is that it depends on how you sequence the colors. Some go from light to dark and there you are limited with the usage. If you are more free-minded on the sequence, you can mask and paint however fits you best. There it is, all said above. Want to add something else. Sometimes modelers who spray thin layers achieve results with some areas under-painted. Meaning, that we might end up with a transparent area. The good news is that masks can be used again if removed carefully in the first place. If not, additional masking might be needed. That happens in real life as well. What we try to do is replicate the reality to the maximum and one of the ideas came when looking at Friuls metal tracks. You can hardly mess that up. If you do, it will be pretty much the same as in real life. Our masks are aiming toward that same goal. Decals resemble perfect markings. This isn't the case. Here's what I mean: https://dnmodels.com/main/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Masks-vs-Decals-The-Analysis-by-DN-Models-overspray.jpg https://dnmodels.com/main/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Masks-vs-Decals-The-Analysis-by-DN-Models-overspray-2.jpg Look closely to see how many imperfections there are there. 14. Don't want to say bad words about Foxbot, especially nowadays with the current situation, but one must make their due diligence researching. Some of their camo schemes have errors. We keep getting "we gonna buy Foxbot because they are cheaper". Yep. There is a reason for that.
  15. This came out today: Arado Ar-196 Bulgarian NAVY 1/32
  16. With all that said, my personal take would be: I am sorry to hear that Canada!
