  1. Great work! I just found a revell late boxing and I have the same questions about the color instructions given. They differ from those found in Eduard boxing...
  2. hello! nice work on those scratchbuilt details
  3. Thanks! Yes, the price asked for those 77parts is a bit high. On the other side, the model is quite big too...
  4. Hello The new Revell 1/24 N1 Starfighter from the Star Wars The Mandalorian TV Show. The kit is quite fun and simple to build. Details are OK but there is some room for improvement. I scratch built some details in the open panels and engines. Paints are Mr Hobby SM01 super fine silver and Chrome from Greenstuff. Weathering with oils and waterpencil. This is the way!
  5. Thanks Chuck! I am following your F-16 with interest
  6. Hi! Kit parts, but Hellfire fins are from an old Eduard PE set for the revell apache
  7. Hola Mel if I remember well, I painted the big IR glass with smoke or black, from the inside.
  8. Hola ! Nice start with that cockpit Have fun with the build!
  9. Hello! So! finally finished! After an almost 3 years stand by. I used some aftermarket: - Eduard photoetch - Master barrels - Legend bays and folding sets - Werner wings stencil decals - Reedoak figure paints are Mr color laquer c308 and mrp 105. Weathering with oils, mostly mig oilbrushers. Again I felt very frustrated with the figurine painting. I tried again the uncle Nightshift hack with black primer, zenithal white and filters. But... Again I did not succeed. The base color are acrylics from vallejo but I tried to paint the highlights and shadows with oils. And I think I liked to do that way. The build will be detailed in a 2024 edition of french magazine Cocardes. Now some pics! Romain
  10. Nice project! I read that the Su-24 carrying Storm Shadows are actually Su-24MR, the reco version. from the pic you posted, I see the nose is different. maybe not in shape, just a panels thing? Have fun Romain
  11. Hi, I also bought a Mirage M5 resin conversion and the HUUUGE decal sheet from Antarki. Very nice resin, well designed with nice details and good castings. Howewer, the cockpit update is a bit lazy with only a front instrument panel that look a bit oversized to me. It lacks the MK10 seat and the front IP coaming. The equipments behind the seat, on the rear bulk, need also updated parts. So... I bought the Reskit Mk10 seat, and I started to CAD design a whole new Mirage M5 Cockpit for a Chilean Elkan. First test prints are OK, need to add all the detail now.
  12. Hello Amazing build, display and photography. I Love it
