I'm pleased to report that I can finally declare this one finished!
 

 

 
The livery decals are from V1 Decals, and the cockpit windows and wing root landing lights are from Authentic Airliners Decals. The two VHF antenna blades are from CRM, while I scratch-built the red anti-collision light.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 
I must say, it's quite difficult to photograph a mostly white object against a white background! But my coloured backgrounds aren't big enough to accommodate the low-down shots, unfortunately.
 
The model has a lot of flaws, but I'm still really happy with the way it turned out. Now to finish its Welsh Models stable mate!

With the Minicraft build almost at the finish line, I thought I'd share the current state of this one:
 

 
Despite weeks of filling/sanding/priming, there's still a couple of minor flaws to fix, but it's nearly ready for paint. The question is, re-scribe the fuselage or no?

I didn't like the looks of the spinner on Italeri's Mc.202 and picked this item up from Aircraft in Pixels.  This thing is awesome.  He has other 202 accessories as well, also  Spitfire and WWI 3D prints...

Bf 109s, no doubt about it. Everything from Cyber Hobby E's (E-3, E-4 and E-7) to G-6, G-10, G-14 and K-4, as well as a couple of F's.

And finally, the long awaited (by me) celebratory joining of the fuselage halves. A significant milestone for me. I'm a happy guy!
 

 
 
 
 

Engine cowl pieces are an excellent fit, as one might expect, and will require very minor cleanup.

Hello and heads up.  I am building this FW 190 A-4 (Super Wing Series, No 21).  Be careful on step 3-5 E page 48.  The instructions on the MG FF Access Doors are backwards.  You will recognize this when you dry fit the doors.  You are not going crazy.  Just switch the doors between the two wings.  Something else that caught me was on page 32, section 3-4 "flips" the wing between the two subsections.  The wing is down in the first picture but it is up in the second.  I spent five minutes trying to figure out how to place the Aileron Control Link (part B-15).  When I realized the problem was that I was looking at the wing upside down, well that was embarrassing.  
On the plus side the BMW 801 D-2 came together perfectly.  Be careful when you get to the oil filter on page 15.  There is a real reason why Zoukeimura does a cut out box on this part on page 15.  Honestly, this engine rivals the Tamiya Corsair which is the best kit I have ever had the pleasure to work on.
Looking at the the guns on this plane.  You come to realize why the bomber aircrews called them the butcher birds.

That's about $200 more than it's worth.

Definitely not, 1/35 is the wrong scale and it's interesting that the aftermarket generally seems to agree!
