Ali62 got a reaction from Piprm in Beaufighter?
Hi Pete
i am away on a short break till the 30th, then will need to catch up on orders, but hope to get canopies going soon after. I will be sharing some information on scaled up engine and cowling sets, possibly in the next few days, from holiday, but those will only be released and finalised in June, hoping to do so with the canopies of they work out as I hope they will.
cheers Ali

Thank you, but the Neomega ones do not have the cowlings included, like the ones we will do.

Hi Pete
I get you, I have been doing some further thought on this and have a few ideas for the Beaufighter, along with the canopy areas, however I cannot just stop and start projects I am working on all the time, been there and done that, and then I never get anything finished, then with no new products no new sales, no money, no chance to develop more sets.
As mentioned in a few other threads the last few months have been tough for me in many ways, and sometimes you think a new product will be quick and easy, then it turns out to be the complete opposite.
So at this stage I will say there is a good chance for some new clear parts for the Beaufighter but I m not putting a time on it, far to many other things to get to market, sorry but hopefully you understand.
cheers Ali

Ali62 got a reaction from Derek B in English Electric canopy for Echelon 1/32 vacform
Hi Guys
After a request from my friend Rick Godden, and a few other guys, and the loan of a kit from Rick, after a long time I have the canopy set ready.

A few peaks of the engine set, note there will be an early and later style cowling. Just sorting out a few details over the next little while.

Ali62 got a reaction from Martinnfb in Supermarine Spitfire ‘E’ wing conversion sets for both the early and later E wing configurations for the 1/24 Airfix kit
Guys I am just curious on the slow sales on this set, I am just wondering why and would appreciate comments as to why this maybe. I thought that there would be some interest in making E wing Spitfires, and I think that I have developed some sets at a ‘reasonable’ price.
Do let me know, I was thinking of developing a few other sets but with the current response I am a little hesitant to do so.

Ali62 got a reaction from RichieB in 1/32 Mirage 2000C windshield
I need to check when I get home, Wednesday, but I am almost sure that the front shape of the canopy screen where it fits the kit, has a slightly different shape between the two screens. If so I would like to improve that before casting. I try to make a product LOOK PROFESSIONAL.
I was also thinking of making a new coaming of correct shape and length to fit the new screen.
So could you guys drop some comments OR LIKE this post if you agree.

Hi Guys
I decided to develop a specific set to be used with the new Mk.IXc kit. I then decided to offer the set in two options basically with and without the wheel bay bulge.

Ali62 got a reaction from Martinnfb in Brass undercarriage for 1/24 Airfix Spitfire Mk.IXc
Thank you for the kind words. To remove the casting stubs my preferred method is using a diamond cutting disc in a rotary tool, Dremel or similar.
