Peter,Roy,Jeroen and Maru,
thanks a million for your very kind words of praise and encouragement guys!
Peter...I've hurt myself while trail riding on my MTB and didn't fel like modeling but in the next few days I'll teach you how to build a P 51 :DodgeBall: (jokin',of course...your BBD is a MASTERPIECE! )
Roy...I'm a Canadian myself...I left Canada when I was only a boy, therefore I'm neither as crazy as Wolf nor I have his skills....modeling-induced craziness is in the air there  .
Aye,aye Captain!Email sent!Oh....you're not working hard enough MAESTRO...we need MORE! :DodgeBall:
Jeroen...AFAIC I'm the one who uses your builds as inspiration, dank je vel my friend!
MARU....thanks a lot partner....Roy's build has inspired me big time...the best chapter in the book!
Have a great Sunday everybody!
Lou

Glad you're OK and will be getting back 'in the saddle' real soon - modeling of course.

Lou.

That makes three of us. I was born in Toronto back when dinosaurs still roamed the Earth (or so it seems!) and then moved to the States when I was 6. I still have memories of watching the Leafs play on television. My parents were European, but quickly became fans of hockey.

Thanks for getting back to me. I look forward to the rest of your build!

I was about to "unearth" Moonbeam when Roy gave me an heads-up on the Fundekals 1/32 P-51 stencils
http://www.fundekals...tencil_Inst.pdf

When I asked him why not to make a few aluminum sheet manufacturers' stampings like the beautiful MDC ones for the WW2 German aircraft he told me that I'd have found some on the Fundekals sheet....needless to say...I immediately ordered two!
Now I've got one more thing to add to my in-progress wheel wells....and those "alclad" decals will look great on the ceiling of the bays!If I only knew.....now I'll have to cut the decals in sections and slip them underneath the wires and plumbing but the effort will be worth the pain....no doubt about that!
Stay tuned....same LSP-Time...same LSP-channel!
By for now
Lou
