Thanks for the welcome... I was delighted to discover this board today while searching images of the ZM Skyraider... there is an already outstanding WIP on that kit by a modeler far better than I; however, I thought participating in the OOB build would be edifying for me and the other journey builders like myself... It is a pity though, that I am well beyond the 25% point... as I said, it is fully documented and transferable from elsewhere, but as they say "rules is rules." I look forward to learning, lurking, and contributing at some level in the future... best, Mitch

Agreed with what Kev said, if you are in fact still in progress, put a WIP up on the in progress section, wed love to follow along.

The kit is fantastic. I havnt built a kit that was quite as much "fun" to build as the ZM SPAD I built was. The whole massive interior detail thing is there style, but not really mine as Im a closed hatch kinda guy and my build reflected that, but the engineering and accuracy of the kit itself along with concise clear and well thought out instructions made the thing a JOY to put together.

Thanks guys... I'll put it up in a WIP as it is not done, but far along the way... sorry I missed the OOB thing, but it still looks like there's time to join with another kit... I was thinking of the big Tamiya Spit or I have the gargantuan Airfix 1/24 Mossie in the stash...

Unfortunately we no longer allow direct uploads, so you have to use a third-party hosting service (such as Photobucket, but there are plenty of others). The following link will take you to a tutorial about how to use Photobucket with LSP:

If you still have any troubles, just ask for help.

Righto...........flicker and photobucket are good options. I know some have had issues with it but i love PB.............ive got the pro account that has 0 restrictions on bandwidth used, nor any limitations on who or how many times someone/anyone can view your images...........and the size and amount of images you can upload is unlimited; all for $24.95 USD a year. Pretty good deal considering how much I have come to use my account.

The free BP account is slightly limited in bandwidth, but hey its free.

As Kev said if you have any probs just ask............well all be glad to help.

I use Photobucket and personally, I like it. The new site format says I've not used 1% of my storage space and I've got a boat load of photos on it. The photos I've posted are not large, usually less than 2 Meg and I've had no troubles. The only thing negative I've experienced is slightly slow upload times on occasion but for free, I won't even bat an eyelash at the issue.

Are 1/35 airplane kits allowed? I. e. that (mostly) unmanned flying stuff?

I am tempted to build Academys RQ-7B. At least to to get my first kit ever completed within a GB. Until now missed every timeline again and again...

Hi, my friends. I would like to participate in this GB with a F4F-4 Wildcat from Hobbycraft (Trumpeter) in 1/32, which I will do absolutely OOB. Ok, just a scratch or two.
The kit is started, but its in the beginning. Only the engine and cockpit were assembled and I have pictures of the process.
If the kit is accepted, it will open the topic.
