This is the starting point, bombs from Rudel's D and Montex masks, plus whatever is in the stash.

here is a little progress, from todays 4 hours effort. I am trying a new method to mimic the distress look.first scribed lines with rotary tool ( proxon), then sanded with a sanding stick, see picture below. The next step is rubbing the whole area with Little cloth soaked in acetone and re scribing. Hope it's gonna work :punk:

So after 10 hours of slave labor i was able to send down the imperfections caused by the deep reach of the proxon tool :) and re scribe the damage panel lines after the lacquer thinner rub. Then I added up some missing details, re carved the panel lines around cowling's and wing/fuse flaring. Then rivets with wheel. I know, I know punch in rivets looks nicer, but I opted for a little experiment, we shall see. Also I 've spend some time of this weekend om the line with my friend trying to analyze all 5 available pictures, but I'll get there at the time of painting. So far here are the basic parts in ALU coat. :party0023:

Here are some pictures.

The lighting doesn't do justice, but the detail is there :)
Next step: joining the fuselage

Thanks Brad,
the little guy was picked up from the overview picture of the scrap yard at the Plana (Cezechoslovakia) and I dare to say I am the first one (...like eva') who noticed.:)So proud of myself....
RLM 76 on the top surface of the wing is very apparent, especially on the little picture. Thanks again :party0023:
