How about some 354th FG B's and D's? Check out the Osprey book "The 354th. Fighter Group in WW II". Some great subjects there.

How about Sweet Clara II of 325th FG (Checkertails)
This decal option was included in the Trumpeter P51-B kit, but they messed up the checkers.

The 'HUN HUNTER/TEXAS' WR-Z 2106448 354thFS / 355th FG would be very nice. :speak_cool:
You can find the reference as illustration #29 page 46 in the Osprey book 'Mustang Aces of the Eighth Air Force' by Jerry Scutts.

I would like to see "Suzy-G", the P-51B that flew with Lou IV in that famous/infamous pic.

The only color representation I have found of her is this painting

Referring to the decades old, umm, discussion about whether the Mustangs in the pic had blue or green paint (I think its been shown that its green, and I have books with pics that are definitely green, but who knows how many times they were processed. I think they are green).

Green?
