An Arab student sends an e-mail to his dad, saying:
Dear Dad Berlin is wonderful, people are nice and I really like it here, but Dad, I am a bit ashamed to arrive at my college with my pure-gold Ferrari 599GTB when all my teachers and many fellow students travel by train. Your son, Nasser The next day, Nasser gets a reply to his e-mail from his dad: My dear loving son Twenty million US Dollar has just been transferred to your account. Please stop embarrassing us. Go and get yourself a train too. Love, your Dad -------------------- Keith "The re-animator" Allott

That's a cracker!
Oh well, I might as well chime in with one I was sent recently: So after landing my new job as a Wal-Mart greeter, a good find for many retirees, I lasted less than a day... About two hours into my first day on the job a very loud, unattractive, mean-acting woman walked into the store with her two kids, yelling obscenities at them all the way through the entrance. I said pleasantly, 'Good morning and welcome to Wal-Mart. Nice children you have there. Are they twins?' The ugly woman stopped yelling long enough to say, 'Hell no, they aint twins. The oldest one's 9, and the other one's 7. Why the hell would you think they're twins? Are you blind, or stupid?' So I replied, 'I'm neither blind nor stupid, Ma'am, I just couldn't believe someone slept with you twice. Have a good day and thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart..' My supervisor said I probably wasn't cut out for this line of work. Phil -------------------- "Which contemptible scoundrel stole the cork from my lunch?" - W.C. Fields

Both jokes are hysterical.

Having lived in Dubai for several years, I really enjoyed that. So did my wife.....

Hehehe...but oh so true.
Forget who but someone said to me the other day that 5% of the worlds population owns 50% of the worlds wealth. Yup...can just see Baldrick regarding that as a cunning plan. -------------------- Scheme of manoeuvre: I say we take off and nuke it from orbit. Only way to be sure.

Matt scribbled:
QUOTE Forget who but someone said to me the other day that 5% of the worlds population owns 50% of the worlds wealth. Matty, the 3 richest men in the world have more money than the poorest 48 countries. In the US, 3% of the pop. controls 90% of the money. The in-equality is astonishing. CEOs make an average of 3-5000 times what a middle class worker makes. The chemical dispersant used to clean(?) up BPs slick action is illegal to use off the coast of Engaland, yet is being used here..... ......and the beat goes on..... -------------------- in progress:
