First across the finish line in this special memorial group build is Geedubelyer with his Hasegawa Spitfire Mk.Vb in a striking desert scheme. Great job!

Next up we have this F-5N Tiger II in a fantastic Aggressor scheme from PhilB! I know Russ would get a kick out of the pilot's special 'salute'!

We have our third completed entry to showcase tonight! Ron has built his very first WWI Biplane, a Se-5 from the Wingnut Wings kit.
It looks like he's been rigging bipes all his life, too!

Karl (blackbetty) has just completed his Revell Hunter wearing Omani colors. Home made decals and scratched details rounded out and enhanced the kit.
Another great jet, Karl!

In progress here.

After waaaaaayyyyyyy too long, I'm finally trying to get all the GB stuff caught up.

Butler paid tribute to Russ in a very special way: He did a what-if scheme on his 21st Century Veltro, and he did it in two days.....
Looks awesome, too!

After PhilB completed his awesome F-5 build he decided to tackle something easy. :innocent: He wanted to re-create this picture of a downed 109G-6 from Malta:

Not only did he, but he smacked it out of the park!!

Spacewolf took the following list of parts:

Revell 1/32
BF-110 (rear fuselage, propeller)
Typhoon (wings),
Corsair (vertical stab),
Hurricane (cockpit parts, instruments, tail wheel and strut, as well as most of the decals.

Revell 1/72 Corsair (horizontal stabs)

21st Century Zero MG's

AMT B-49 flying wing (main wheels)

Dragon figure detail set (MG cocking mechanisms)

Eduard Zero instruments

Several other instrument sets and 'bits' from the parts box.

Added a whole lot of scratch-building, combined that with lots of talent, shook it all together and got this Miles M-20!

In progress Here!

Rick just finished up this fine build of his P51A. A fitting tribute for sure. Nice build Rick, very nice.

I always wait for the paper each morning. I look at the obituary column and if I’m not in it, I go to work.
