Star dust metallic pigment how to use it

I bought star dust metallic pigment for a experiment, but I don't know how to use it?

does anyone have experince with it?

I dont know what brand of pigments you bought so I'll speak from experience using MIG pigments. They go on the same way you would use pastels, meaning you brush them on using very light coats. In the case of MIG, you can delute them in water, paint thinner or use their brand of thinner. When dilluting them, you simply apply them as you would apply paint and when dry, you can remove the excess. You can check out this link for more info.
