Plasto
Hi, This is my first LSP post although I have been lurking on and off for a while. I'm currently building the new Revell P-51D this is my first proper 1/32 build. I built the older Hasegawa Komet Spitfire abd 190E for a online GB a while ago. The P51 has been going ok I have the wing together along with the radiator assembly and the cockpit has the base paint done. Here are a few photos... http://village.photos/images/user/3cd5aed3-f540-4f1b-88d6-7f834ba1146d/resized_85e0cd7b-3afa-4c7a-b332-6b01de542a84.jpeg http://village.photos/images/user/3cd5aed3-f540-4f1b-88d6-7f834ba1146d/resized_0005f3fd-280f-45ce-904b-6a75f6238ecb.jpeg http://village.photos/images/user/3cd5aed3-f540-4f1b-88d6-7f834ba1146d/cccf7fb4-74b8-4a88-a60d-039e3dec8b9a.jpeg More later as I progress Thanks for looking John mozart
LSP_Kevin
Welcome aboard, John! Just a tip to get your images to display inline: when you copy the image URL, use the 'image' button in the edit window's toolbar to paste it it; this will format the link correctly so that you see the image, rather than just its URL. Plasto
Welcome aboard, John this will format the link correctly so that you see the image, rather than just its URL. Kev Thanks Kev for the welcome. I'm posting from a mobile phone so the user functions are not the same as a desktop I think LSP_Kevin
LSP_Kevin
I'm posting from a mobile phone so the user functions are not the same as a desktop I think Yes, that's quite correct. In that case, you'll have to find a way to grab a bbCode-style link from the site that's hosting your images - these tend to begin with and the like. Failing that, I'm happy to edit your image links once you've posted them, so that they show inline. Kev

Plasto
Thanks that's the kit Decal.. I have some airscale Decals and the kit Decal went on ok with some Mr Mark softer so they have remained unused. This needs flatting back the the gauges picking out In some gloss clear coat. Plasto
Thank you for the feedback.. I'm currently deciding if I use the kit decals for the cockpit palcards or the Barracuda set...
Dave Williams
Thank you for the feedback.. I'm currently deciding if I use the kit decals for the cockpit palcards or the Barracuda set... Depends on how much stencil data you want to use. The kit decals provide a small subset of what's in the Barracuda set. More looks better, but it's a bit more work since most of the Barracuda decals are two part. I used a mixture of kit, Barracuda, and Eduard in my pit. http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=72825&p=1007985 Plasto and CANicoll
