I paint so I'm a painter:

Brushpainted the u/c for a different look. Chips and scratches are on the u/c. The large T-shaped central part will follow next days. Then washes, fading, dust.

Hey, I am painting the exterior! Do not remember when I made it that far with an aircraft kit :wow:

Both jet exhaust got fitted. Meanwhile struggling to fit the jet intakes.

It has just to materialize and to hit the shelves. How many years has been Trumpis Devastator coming now? :DodgeBall:

But it's nice to have one E-377, indeed :)

I confess to have that Hyperthingee link stored within my favorites. Very nice build. BTW, I've added some handles too. But if you compare my attempt and Spencer Pollards model you will note that I follow my own ideas about choice of colours.

Fading and pigments done:

Some of the subtle shades and colorations got eaten by the flashlight. When assembled I will use the light box.

A short brake to follow now. Have to do some travelling. A welcome braek to give the paints and solvents more time to cure finally. Next step are a coat of flat varnish (Gunze, the blue cans), followed by some dry mud splashes from below, grease, rainmarks and fuel spills from above. After this the trolley will fully assembled.

Enjoy!

  • 2 weeks later...

Back at the workbench:

The painted and wheatered trolley:

Close-up of the wheels and tires:

The wheel carriages are glued, but only dry-fitted to the main axle. The upward facing bomb support legs are just clicked into the carriages, but not glued yet. I want to have some give and take for the fitting of the bomb and to get all wheels in contact with the ground when ready.

Enjoy!

Quite right. Ordered chrome BMF at the weekend and waiting for delivery. I was eager to build it and to see how it looks like :yahoo:

No time to loose, so to say. Just get it ready now. A small step for mankind, but a large for dutik

Also decided to add an towing eye at the front of the front wheel. Guess they didn't push it around by hand only. At least not with missle and airplane on top.
