Howdy folks,

I've just reviewed a new self-published book on French WWI aviation from Philippe Jourdan:

L'Aéronautique Militaire 1914-1918: Traditions & Héraldique

Many thanks to Philippe Jourdan for the review sample.

This book looks very interesting. Thanks for the review. Now all we need is for Peter Jackson to read it and get excited and motivated to do planes with these markings.... and that Russian Aviation Colors book's markings, and on and on... you know the drill.

I liked the review so much that I decided to order one. I appreciate the clarity of your analysis and the views of the pages showing what would be included. Good work on the description... and for the author, Great work on the book. It looks like he spent much time and effort, a real labor of love.
