fastzx Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 Radub, Jon here... I am in the process of reworking my old Revell KI-61 and Turning it into a KI-100-I-Ko. I do not have any good shots of the item behind the pilot's headrest/between the rollover stucture. Is it a radio component? and do you happen to know where I could get a better look at what exactly it is? I appears to be a cylindrical object about the size of a can with wires or tubing sprouting from it. By the way Dave at UMI RESIN said he would vac the canopy I needed for my Shinden J7W1 (I put that on the back burner till finals in art school were over last month) Thanks for offering to vac it for me. I thought the KI-61 to KI-100 rework would go much quicker than it has so far. Any help or even pointing me in the right direction on this mysterious object behind the pilot's head would be greatly appreciated so I can get the cockpit buttoned up. I can imagine that making a Ki100 out of a Ki61 would be like making a P40K from a P36 They may be related, but they are significantly different!
