Chris/Germany
This the latest kit in progress, an old Revell 190 kit, will be "Red13" of the "Sachsenberg-Schwarm" which I try to complete for my first exhibition at the end of october ( it´s the third one of the my "Sachsenberg Schwarm") The most of you know the lot of work for this old revell kits.....scribing...sanding....filling...sanding...sanding....oh....and sanding. The kit is build in my special style with "opened" fuselage and wing on starboard to make the interior visible, and it´s also, like all my models "ready to start", means prop an lights are working. The motor and the electric components ar hidden in the fuselage after the motor, contact comes from two cables through the landing gear and metall piece under the bulged wheels when it stands on it´s base which includes the batteries and a switch. Other components for the scratchbuildings are: aluminium( 0,4mm) for flaps( landing flaps and cooler flaps of the cowling), modelling-wood ( 0,5mm) for fuselage and wing ribs, small strypes of styrene for fuselage and wing stringers, aluminium and brass tubings for landing gear and cannons and many electrical parts of old computer mainboards for Mg´s, radios and the other interior. Hope you enjoy, happy modelling Chris

maverick728470
Chris, Will be looking for the D-9's on that base. For the 219 and the detail set from Robert's Modelsmthrough rosemont hobbies. There could be a problem with them.Been hearing alot of prob's,that their having getting the vac's done and sipped out to the buyers. And for the detial set for the OWL.U shouldn't have got it from them. It's ratty and very generectic,to say the least.Get the one from Jerry Rutman. It's great.I have one and it covers everything u need to complete u'er "OWL".Larry
