Hi All. I'm very interested to built a French Navy Corsair F4-U7 during Operation Musketeer. Do you think it could be possibile with minimal intervention on Tamiya F4-U4? Any structural after market kit?

Many thanks for your kind help.

Ciao

Tamiya does not make a 1/32 F4U-4 kit (yet).

Yes there is a nice conversion from a french modeller (Olivier Pinsolle). But it's VERY confidential and you wont find it in any shop or even on Ebay. Your only chance is to ask Olivier by email if he would cast one for you. I dont know if he still do it.

I am a lucky guy and have this conversion as well as the french F-7P Crusader, and i will NEVER sell them !

I just wish some resin aftermarket company would do just a simple corrected cowl flaps set for the Trumpeter F4U-4. Please.
