Mikester
Just finished this one up for the BoB GB 2 that's going on over at ARC. Pretty much OOB except for the wheels (True Details), which are better than the ones that come with the kit but undersized. My first attempt at doing the ceramic insulators on the aerial was not a success, they're too big. Couple of other minor issues, the II. Gruppe badge decal on the port side had a flaw in it and I could have done a better job getting her together in a few spots. But hopefully not too bad from 10 feet away! Painted in Gunze Acrylics and the decals are Aeromaster 32060 "Battle of Britain Luftwaffe Aces" and the kit. The plane is from 6./JG 54 operating from Campagne, France in the autumn of 1940. As always, thanks for looking. Mike

DougN
Nice to see another of these built. I too had a heck of a time making acceptable looking insulators, perhaps the aftermarket will grace us with some in the future. Great looking model! Mikester
Thanks for the comments, guys. After looking at the pics I think a new backdrop is in order, that one is just not real flattering and is detracting from the overall effect. Time for a trip to Kinko's!
