Talk about two completely opposite skill sets! A Roland on one end, and a 219 on the other.

I bow to your adaptability, Peter.

Peter,  you know, if you really wanted a break, grab one of those Revell 1/24 kits, and put that together. Probably take you about 8 hours all in.  :)

Nice simple and no drama (just a lot of flash to deal with!).  How are you on assembling the people that come with the kit?  That will drive you a bit crazy.

Ernie

Much appreciated and some day; I sure hope so.

The Felixstowe is a a much more detailed project requiring a good deal more skill and patience. The Owl on the other hand just needs to surrender to brute force!

Thanks Ernie

But the Roland has proven to be a mojo saver  and she is teaching me the ropes and skills for WNW kits. Besides my cozy stash of WNW kits, the Felixstowe has moved in: OMG I could almost live in it.

Thanks Chris ... food for thought for sure. I've been using the WNW Roland to replenish the juices and mojo as the Owl tends to beat me down a bit. I'm starting to make some nice progress on both and by the weekend might have enough done on the Roland to even post a few photos.

Figure .. I really need to improve my painting abilities for sure in that department. And of course flash removal, a hobby unto itself
