Troy Molitor
Looking great Hurbert. The cannons look serious enough! I have the Freightdog conversion for this kit and I'm looking back on this build for inspiration. Well done so far. Troy BloorwestSiR

I shelved it after getting a bunch done but this build might just get me to restart it.

BloorwestSiR
A bit more progress on this one. I took the carb intake and opened it up. It's a big improvement. Then a slight setback... I had a resin tailplane assembly and upon first inspection, it looked like a drop in fit. So I took a razor saw and chopped the tail off. BloorwestSiR
I wish that would've worked Unfortunately, the tail assembly was quite a bit wider along the spine. So I glued it back on and got back to work. After I got it squared away and back to where I started, I went over the various seams, rivets and panel lines to clean them up as best as possible. I then sprayed the underside grey. I've masked it off and will start on the upper side this weekend. I'm thinking I can still get it done before the deadline. I think.
