12. Tempest Mk.V, now with full engine

Nice looking metalwork on your Tempest.

 

One thing though, if you're bothered about it, is that for RAF underwing serials, the letters are always to the outer wingtips.

 

The way I remember it, is that with RAF Phantoms, you could always see part of the 'X' on the underside of the outer wing panel.

Until they moved them inboard, and then dropped them altogether.

Ooh...  That looks very nice.  But the title said "with full engine".   Something's missing...

 

Can't quite place it....

Anyway...like I said earlier...  That's some fantastic NMF work.
