Hello

I continue to explore painting over the Tamiya buff undercoat

first, I use brown madder

for the skin limits and some folds or darker area

I let it dry a bit, but it is oil...

early enough, I took the white and the red tubes

and put them on a towel in order to keep eventuel excess oil out of the paint

Paints are mixed to get a lighter red

in order to give measles to the poor russian pilot

then, you dip a brush into pure turpentine, and you proceed as you want to remove the dots, and the excess of brown madder from the limits

And now, skins are ready for small touch-up...or not, depending to your taste

cheers

Hi

Now some small touches :

We take yellow ochre, white and brown madder

principaly white and ochre are mixed, then a small dot of brown is added, in order to get a flesh color

We push a bit the addition of white and we enlight the surfaces turned to the light. Then, quasi dry, you pull the paint to the shadings. An addition of brown, and you do the parts inthe shadows. Same, quasi dry, you pull the paint from the shodows to the light.

You can do that several times until you achieve the effect you are looking for
