Whether you completed your project or not, the point of Group Builds is to have fun and share in a common theme. The Events Staff underwent some changes mid-stream on this build. As a result we didn't exactly finish the build with a bang. We hope that all future GBs run more smoothly. All that being said: Here are the results of the informal poll we used to wrap things up for the PTO Build. Please keep in mind that this is not a contest! We are recognizing the following individuals for their achievement in the categories listed: Best Looking Model: 1/32 Type 93 "Willow" by ChrisS Most Detailed Build: Hawker Hurricane by Allok Most Nicely Done OOB: 1/32 Type 93 "Willow" by ChrisS Incomplete Build with the Most Potential: Nakajima J8N-1 by Hacker Thanks again to all who participated, and those who voted in the poll. Please keep in mind that the "Stalled / Incomplete Projects" GB is still under weigh! This runs through Feb 15th 2008 so there is still plenty of time to dust-off one of those partially completed birds lingering in their box yearning to be free. We'd love to see you join the fun! ChrisS Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 I'm flattered, and shocked! Many of the PTO birds in that GB were far and away better builds and nicer finishes than my Willow. Congrats Allok and Haker, and for everyone who tossed a build into the group! These GBs are a great excuse to blow the dust off and get a model done!
