News of the forthcoming UK Phantom made me decide to start building 1/32 aircraft again, after nearly 10 years of railway modelling, once it is available. However, having been shown the logbook belonging to the grandfather of my daughter's partner, I now find myself building a Revell Spitfire IX as one that he flew with 154 Sqn during WW2. I know the serial number from the logbook and, surprisingly, there is colour footage of the actual aircraft from the time he flew it on YouTube. The one thing that has stumped me so far is sourcing white code letter decals of the appropriate size; having been out of the hobby for so long I am at a loss as to likely sources for 1/32 16" (1/48 24"?) white code letters and a trawl of the internet has not turned anything up. Can anyone suggest a suitable source?
