Ive got a new seat and prop from Warbirds Productions (these are fantastic) but was wondering what else needs to be looked at???? Also can a Seafire be built out of this kit ????? Dave Wadman Posted August 23, 2003 Share Posted August 23, 2003 Hi Neil, Bob Swaddling did an article for FSM on the Trump Spit that is available at the FSM website. It is well worth investing in the Warbirds correct seat and Jablo prop/spinner as they are excellent replacements for the kit items. Yes, you can make an early Seafire from the kit. If you can find or borrow a copy of the Spitfire book published by Patrick Stevens Ltd it has info on converting the 24th Airfix Spit into a Seafire which will work just as well for the Trump kit.
