Followed my references as best I could, there's a lot more I could have gone for but this seemed the best option. Breaker Posted October 11, 2017 Author Share Posted October 11, 2017 Finally got around to painting the seat for the Skyraider fully. I've detailed this one up myself, the kit seat is crap with the belts on but they provide a second seat if you put a pilot in place. I've used that with some tape, spare PE buckles and various other bits. Breaker Posted October 14, 2017 Author Share Posted October 14, 2017 Mid project update. I've been avoiding the meat of this project which is the weathering. These weren't clean birds whilst in Vietnam and I want the model to reflect that. To give me an idea of where I want to go from here, I've put all the completed parts on the airframe so I can see where I'm at. I was honestly hoping that I'd be done by now but I think I'm still a few months out. What was mean to be a fast OOB has turned into a proper project, with Zotz, Aires, AMS and Daco parts being used along with some scratch work.
