pappy1
Hi I am planing to build the Hasagawa Hellcat night fighter with a Verlinden cockpit set, otherwise it will be mostly out of box. I thought about using the Trumpeter Hellcat, but since the land based Marines rarely folded their wings, it would be a waste of the wing fold detail in the Trumpeter kit. I am building " Black Death " the aircraft flown by Col. Bruce Porter with six victories. He lives in the same town and I have met him at many air shows, he is just a really great guy. Pictures to follow soon....Pappy1
