Ohm-men
I can definitly say that the MPM Fw 190 S 5/8 is a copy of the Dragon Fw 190. I build the two side by side several years ago. The parts are interchangeable. I used several Dragon parts on my S-5. As some of the short run MPM parts are very crudly molded. You are making very good progress with the "S" it seams! Though MPM's S5/8 is still easier to construct then the old Falcon vacu conversion kit. to bad the old MPM vacu canopies have a severe case of yelowing going on. But I think with some polishing compound and some micro mesh the injected canopy can be made to good use. I hope to build another S5 from some leftover Fw 190 parts some day in 1/48 scale by mating the spine and longer cockpit era of the falcon conversion to a newer Eduard A5 kit. But it's far down the list... LSP_Kevin
Astro32
Waaay back in the day I used the MPM fuselage from the firewall back and Tamiya's F-8 for the rest, with a few tweaks that I don't remember now. Yours is looking great! LSP_Kevin
