Azgaron
On with the cockpit parts, which is a mix of reference pics and gizmology. Still some work to do before I can start paiting. As i'm using the pilots, I don't have to put much attention to the seat belts. HÃ¥kan Derek B, BradG, R Palimaka and 3 others
Azgaron
I made a decision after asking about the nozzles, and found out it would require quite a lot of work to transform it to an early -B. As the decals are old, and might make or brake, I decided to do a build with what I have, and in case the decals won't work, I can buy a "new" set that's correct for the updated version with bulged wings and all. I put a layer of primer on the rear office, just to see how it looked. In my opinion it turned out looking okey, so I'll continue with the front office and the instrument panels. Jumping from one thing to another, I started to rescribe the stabilizers. As usual Revell had put their brand visible. Some scraping and sanding took care of that! Quite a lot left to rescribe, so I better get at it! HÃ¥kan mozart, BradG and R Palimaka
Shaka HI
Scribing looks good. Nice and even, unlike my attempts.
Azgaron
Thanks Shaka! I recently switched blade on my scriber, and straight lines are fairly easy on flat surfaces! HÃ¥kan Shaka HI
Guest Peterpools
HÃ¥kan Very nice progress and. Nothing I dislike more then scribing; it's number one on my try to avoid list. Looking good Keep 'em coming Peter
Lothar
I'm following this very closely. I do admire your gutts to deal with this challenge - and the progress you've made so far Lothar @ Peter: same here, and next is painting.
