F`s are my favs Posted August 10, 2017 Share Posted August 10, 2017 I`m just about to choose the oob decals for a LN based F-15E, but what can i say... i simply prefer the SJ markings. So does anyone sell or have leftover decals for a low-vis SJ based F-15E, which are better (in terms of specs/quality) than the Tamiya`s oob decals? PS: I went through the decals of a couple of companies, but i`m not sure if the info is up to date, nor how better/thin/refined the decals are than the oob Tamiya decals. TwoBobs Decals are printed by Microscale, known for their quality and very thin carrier films, a feature that I believe suits your work, given the extra effort you have put into achieving subtle and realistic surface textures on your model. Another maker, BestFong, do an "SJ" sheet, and it's readily available. I saw the product pics where the wing/squadron emblems are shown in white - i suppose that they are the low-vis markings that i need.
