Ahoy

I havent been here for a while I guess I better pay my dues here which is over due.. Okay here we have a Revell tante Ju in the splendid color schedule of Red and aluminum. Dont know how long this kit has been in production but i havent seen anymore of these although Revell brought out the same kit but in a new box and decal sheet like everything else they do and other manufactures... To say the least its a swell kit alot of detail has been put into this kit the most favorable feature is the removable top portion of the fuselage where one can view the cockpit details along with the passenger compartment and a Loo with a face bowl basin LOLlllllllll and toilet paper roll.. Everything but the kitchen sink the corragated surfaces are a plus for the detail buff.. As to its construction it goes together like a dream and the best of all no PUTTY for filling in the gaps there,r are none what so ever.

The Revell 1/48 Ju-52 is indeed an excellent kit. I have the military transport version, and although I haven't yet gotten around to it, I often open the box, take out the sprues, admire them and try to visualize what it will look like when it's all assembled and painted. Now, if Revell would just see fit to upgrade this kit to 1/32, I would be a most happy fellow (and probably have a lot of company)!

Beautiful job and I love the choice of paint scheme, as well. I think the Ju 52 is one of the few German aircraft of that era that looks even better in it's civilian colors. :goodjob:

Ahoy John

I most certainly agree they do look very colorfull in civillian markings the dark Green color that we all are use to see Auntie in makes the Tante Ju awfull drab and lifeless, Thanks John for your reply.
