Will use Aviattic night lozenge, gaspatch guns and anemometer, HGW belts, and also this one will be my first attempt with turnbuckles I'll try gaspatch and simple Albion tubing to see which looks better to my eyes. seiran01 Posted May 16, 2016 Author Share Posted May 16, 2016 Thanks Mike, Kev, that means a lot to me. I've started using some Games Workshop paints for hand painting small details as they're easier for me to find quickly than Vallejo colours. The pigment in the GW metallics is also much finer than the Vallejo equivalents and they brush on just as nicely. There's an acrylic dark brown wash in the GW line that is working beautifully and saves some time as it won't spread/seep into a blob of stain around a detail on a flat finish if you forget/neglect to gloss coat it before adding the wash. Adapting as we go to find the easiest ways to achieve the same results in less time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
