It just seems that you have quite a lot of silvering below the 'Royal Navy' decal on the fuselage - did you apply the decals onto a matt surface? You could try to prick some very small holes into the decal with a needle and to apply some decal softener which will then run below the decal and should eliminate the air bubbles below. This being my first bi-plane and trying out a couple techniques, I am still happy with the result. Next time it will be much better.
