Are there any decals for the P-51A "Precious Metal"? If not how can I get some created or masks cut for them?

Red Pegasus Decals did have them for the scratch-built P-51A (all new parts) which was painted to play Precious Metal for a 2006 racing film called "Thunder Over Reno". Unfortunately, the owner of Red Pegasus Decals passed away back in June of this year, leaving the company in limbo and the products unavailable:

For what it's worth, that P-51A that was painted as Precious Metal was named "Precious Metal II", and crashed at Oshkosh the following year (2007) killing the owner/builder/pilot Gerry Beck. Consequently, there are not a lot of references or demand for markings:

HTH and good luck,

I was unfortunately aware of the passing of both men. The crash was certainly unfortunate. Those are the decals I'm looking for, the Oshkosh bird. There isn't much, just the name and a few logos. Maybe I'll track some down someday.

High Planes did a 1/48 P-51A in the Precious Metal II markings from Oshkosh 2007, kit # 048015. Check kit reviews for that and perhaps use for guidance on markings.
