Scotsman
Thanks Iain, looks to be nice set , but I'd rather have a decent intake set .. something the kit desperately needs colinR
Iain
Seconded - and one of the reasons I haven't started a Typhoon yet... Iain LSP_K2
LSP_K2
Excellent looking stuff, for sure. Thanks,
Tony T
Bought this along with the Aires single seat cockpit set and one of the nozzles sets. Like others here, am waiting for a new engine duct assembly *and* something like a G-factor replacement NLG strut. Tony
Iain
I've got the 'pit too Tony - really nice! If I get a chance I'll put together a quick overview of that set for other members... Iain Tony T and LSP_K2
thierry laurent
For a weird reason, noone in UK released similar sets to the 2mikes APU, pylon and intake cover sets...! I consider to be lucky enough to have ONE set of each but I have two kits! And I know a lot of guys who would be happy to find at least ONE set. T. Iain
Someone over on our Facebook page has asked how well the Aires parts fit the Revell kit - so I will dig out a kit and add some more images/notes when I get a chance, probably early next week. Lancman
I have an abandoned Tiffie in the loft with the wheel bays fitted, if I remember right they went in ok, it was the nozzles that done me in. They are too large and the back end requires a fair bit of sanding to get them in and the petals just break when you look at them. I will dig it out and take a few pics of the Aires parts. Stevepd
Oooh now I've got the 2 seater with the APU and pretty sure the intake cover, wheels bays look nice but mines also in the troposphere waiting to be started.
