Tamiya's next 1:32 release will be....(your bet goes here)

is it windy yet?

All of you guys betting on non-pacific-theatre aircraft, I reckon you're barking up the wrong tree. Every one of their 1:32 releases since the Zero were of planes that fought in the pacific (and hence have a connection, direct or indirect, to Japan). On that grounds, no chance for a WWI option.

My vote for next new-tool goes to Hellcat or Wildcat, or another IJN or IJA.

Just my $0.02, watch me be wrong!!! :P

Not much, but it was (and there are pacific markings included in the boxing I believe - the NMF option, although I'm probably wrong on that).

Cheers

Jim

EDIT - I readily acknowledge that this is the weakest link in a weak theory!!

What I would like to see released in 32 scale and what I think they will release are two different animals.

What I would like to see is a good P-40B, F4U-4 with option to do a 4B, or an early P-38G or F

I think they will release an F4U-D, and a new tool P-47 series.

I don't think Tamiya will do a Banshee, a Tigercat or a Panther so I'm hoping the “A†team from Trumpeter or Kittyhawk will do them. Gotta love GSB.
