richdlc
breathtakingly beautiful mate. Like I said, I really hope it will clean up the awards at Telford, you deserve it. I am assuming you are investing in a suitable transportation box? I spent something like £60 on one for my Dauntless, but it is well worth it. The thought of your build getting damaged en route brings me out in a cold sweat!

Iain
Absolutely beautiful result Peter - there aren't really any superlatives I could use that would do it justice... Iain
Kahunaminor
Congratulations on a result that fails to have words to describe it. I truly believe the late Edgar Brooks would be pleased with you efforts. The rest of us just awed into silence. It's also great the support you received from various quarters on your journey. Tony C
Pure class and if anyone sees someone walking rapidly towards the exit, at this years SMW, with a Spitfire shape stuffed under their jumper, it'll be me!

scvrobeson
So, it's flyable, right? Beyond incredible Peter. Might be the best model I've ever seen completed, and that's a high bar here. Sea Hornet time! Matt

Cat_baloo
This has been a joy and marvel to watch, Peter. Only 18 months? that's speed-building! Love your attention to detail and refusal to settle for so-so. Absotively gorgeous monument to the art of kit-bashing. Chapeaux bas, monsieur. p.s. Feel kinda proud, too, that the pilot has my family name. ;-) Edited September 25, 2017 by Cat_baloo Uilleann
DonH
Well done Peter, The RFI photos look fantastic. If anyone has not seen the build thread, go look. There is a lot more under that skin!
Jim Barry
Lovely Lovely and Amazing in so many ways. Got me into reading about the 1949 Cleveland races. What a story. Might have been third but this thing was out of the box practically whereas the F2Gs were truly racing breeds. That said, I think one of those would be a cool to see here too.
