Your builds get better and better. I can't believe it! And good photographs, too (which makes it possible for us to appreciate it even more)!

Thanks Shaka!

I was wondering if a white or gray background would bring out the yellow better. i am glad you like how she turned out!

An utterly fantastic build, Karim! You're fast becoming one of my favourite modellers, and this build continues your superb output. May I publish it on the website?

Kev

Oh my God !!!! That's crazy !

I cant see anything that is not damn good. But those exhaust pipes are totally amazing !!!!

I think it's your most impressive model so far.

And you work so fast ! It seems to me that you finished the Albatros only a few days ago !

Nicolas!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment!

I am overwhelmed by how kind you all have been!

Beautifully built and weathered Karim. I absolutely love these WnWs kits and your Fokker DVII is superbly done!

While I understand that this is a Fokker built aircraft I always thought the DVII F was BMW powered?

Cheers,

Wolf

Hey Wolf! it is good to have you here checking on the RFI...

It was my understanding too they were powered by the BMW engine but turns out not all Fokker built DVII were...go figure!

Thanks for leaving such kind comments!

Karimb,

In a forum where the best modelers in the world are well represented, you are, without a doubt, second to none. The quality of this, and every one of your builds, is simply mind-blowing and truly inspiring!!

Karim My Friend

I am simply in awe of your modeling skills and abilities. I've spent much time studying and enjoying each image; your work and execution is flawless. I found the bio of great interest and added so much to the presentation. I am hoping you would take a few close ups of the Spandau's with a bit of extra lighting, so we can enjoy the work you did.

Brilliant work my fiend, simply wonderful

  :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Peter

Peter my friend!!!

How are you!

Close up of the spandaus below ready for a closer look!

Its quite hard to get the light under the top wing so i did the best i could holding the Fokker up at weird angles lol!

In the below pictures you can also notice how i tried to weather the paint and get a crackling effect under the decals using two different incompatible paint mediums, i think this should work very well to give you crackled leather for the seats in future builds... its very subtle though!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a message brother!
